Make your dreams a reality!
Photojournalism
Candid, authentic, documentary, real, story – these are all words that convey the essence of photojournalism. This style of photography conveys a story, capturing subjects in their authentic form – no airbrushing, makeup or artificial lighting. Capture the beauty of the subject without artifice.
Portraiture
Nile’s approach to portraiture starts with choosing a location that the subject(s) identify with, and where they feel comfortable. This may be a beach with beautiful vistas of the Pacific Ocean, a secret garden where dreams are hidden, an urban setting where the edginess and energy of city life is conveyed, or a high tech setting of skyscrapers and cutting edge architecture. Using available light and the organically available settings, Nile then works to help his subjects relax, forget about the camera, and express their true selves, while he captures beautiful, real portraits. Nile works with individuals, groups and families.

The more I use your photos in our materials the more impressed I am with just how great they are (and how many great ones there are!). It was such a learning experience for me seeing how you approach these projects – translating our madcap itinerary into photo gold.
His strength lies in his ability to interact with his subject, to evoke emotion and passion in the faces and expressions of the people he photographs – whether it be at your wedding or in the Nepalese Himalayas, Nile has a gift for capturing the heart and essence of the subjects of his lens.
